Night Vision Thwarts Illegal Fishing (Westchester County) On March 8 and 12, ECOs Tompkins, Wamsley, and Thibodeau conducted a large-scale striped bass enforcement effort in Westchester County, surveilling multiple areas along the Hudson River.
