DISTRICT 1 Conservation Officers (COs) Phil Helminen and Alex VanWagner participated with wardens from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in a National Law Enforcement Night Out event. Law enforcement agencies from Dickinson, Florence, and Marinette counties participated in the event.
