Pennsylvania fishing license fees may go higher

For the second consecutive year, the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission is planning to raise license fees. 
During a special board meeting March 1, commissioners voted unanimously to grant preliminary approval to a list of fee increases for fishing licenses and permits.
