Bills have been introduced in the Minnesota Legislature that would allow anyone, regardless of age, to use a crossbow for the entire archery season. The topic has been discussed for several years.
House File 2716 (authored by Rep. Samantha Vang, DFL-Brooklyn Center) and Senate File 2565 (authored by Sen. Foung Hawj, DFL-St. Paul) would strike the text that says “age 60 and over,” to make it accessible for everyone.
