In the aftermath of the late-March outbreak of the Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) virus at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Reynolds Game Farm in Ithaca, the agency is beginning to look ahead and consider the potential possibilities of being able to acquire some pheasants for hunters this fall.
