Minnesota Legislature nears finish line on bills for outdoors

Dollars slashed for fish hatcheries, boat accesses; fees raised for fishing licenses, boat registrations; and a ban on wolf hunt?
The Minnesota House and Senate approved Legacy omnibus bills this past week. The bills will head to conference committee at the end of April. The House also passed its environment, climate and energy omnibus bill on Monday, April 17, with the Senate bill still going through committee hearings on its version.
