SCOTUS denies Gazzola FFL case, lead ammo ban legislation resurfaces in New York

The Gazzola v. Hochul lawsuit, which seeks to provide New York firearms dealers relief from a number of provisions put forth by new gun laws passed last year, will not be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. In an April 21 ruling a unique Rule 11 petition that would’ve brought the case out of the New York City based Second Circuit court and moved it up to SCOTUS was denied.
