The Legacy Committee met Wednesday, April 26, for the first time, while the Environment, Natural Resources, Climate, and Energy Committee held its inaugural meeting on Monday, May 1. Moving forward, the committees will work to find common ground to pass omnibus bills that eventually will hit the House and Senate floors.
In addition to debating the potential removal of the shotgun zone, also pending are gun bills, and a wolf hunt ban.
