Ohio’s Wengerd, 33, going into trapshooting Hall of Fame

Published: , in Outdoor News

J. Michael Wengerd, of Dundee, may be only 33 years old, but he has been breaking clay targets and earning top shooting honors for more than 20 years. Wengerd was a hunter when he was young, and started shooting trap in the fall of 2002 when a family friend, Aden Kaufman, first took him to a shoot in Coshocton. Kaufman was the owner and operator of Great Eastern Gun Club in Walnut Creek.
