South Dakota increases nonresident waterfowl licenses

Waterfowl hunters from outside South Dakota stand a better chance of drawing a license in the state’s lottery system after the state’s Game, Fish and Parks Commission unanimously approved an increase in the number of licenses available for nonresidents.
