Let me start out by stating I am an impatient person by nature so I fully understand how frustrating it can be when you feel like someone is wasting your valuable leisure time.
Unfortunately, becoming a boat owner does not require a person to learn ramp etiquette or boating rules, so there is a learning curve for everyone. Here are a couple things you can do to keep the peace and speed up the launching process during the next visit to the ramp.
