Microplastics are in the air, water, land, all food and us

On occasion, I keep the fish I catch. After cleaning them, I either freeze them for a future meal or prepare them the same day — usually that evening's meal.
Most often it is trout, the stocked version, that I eat. Preferably, the ones that have spent a fair amount of time in the water in which they were placed, during which their flesh became more colorful and more tasty, a result of them eating a natural diet.
