Retired U.S. Army Colonel Jim Wartski took top prize at the 22nd Annual Manhattan Cup, held on June 9, with a 46.4-pound striped bass.
The Manhattan Cup is a charity catch-and-release tournament targeting striped bass and bluefish and benefits post combat veterans.
