Pennsylvania commentary: Seems clear hunting license software not adequately tested

Spending most of my working career in information technology, often referred to as IT, the kerfuffle that occurred with the Game Commission’s doe licenses sales doesn’t surprise me — nor did the botched rollout of the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) and Ticketmaster’s mess over the sale of Taylor Swift tickets.
In my experience in the corporate world, there were times when we had to roll back implementations due to improper stress testing.
