Two men cited for one of the alligators released in Pennsylvania’s Kiskimenitas River

Two western Pennsylvania men have been ordered to pay fines for an alligator incident – one of several this past summer – on the Kiskimenitas River.
Austin Randall, 23, of Lyndora, Butler County, and Dominic Hayward, 26, of Kiski Township, were fined $179 each for releasing a juvenile alligator into the river Aug. 29, according to court records.
