Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership announces leadership changes after longtime head Whit Fosburgh steps down
Another national sporting and conservation group has seen a leadership shakeup following the announcement earlier this month that Whit Fosburgh has left the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership.
Fosburgh, who led the influential group for 13 years, departed on Monday, Dec. 4. The group’s board of directors quickly announced that board member Becky Humphries would take over as acting CEO while the board searches for its next permanent head. In a phone interview with Outdoor News, Fosburgh said he was leaving the 21-year-old organization after his lengthy tenure for personal reasons to “recharge.”
