In a room cluttered with the memories of a life well lived, a snarling mountain lion glares down from a green wall. It was taken in Montana by New York native and outdoorsman Ed Kohler and represents only a fraction of his achievement afield.
Kohler, who grew up in Monroe County just outside of Rochester, got his start in the outdoors at a young age. His father, who worked at Eastman Kodak, was responsible for his introduction.
