Mike Raykovicz: NRA scandal touches all members

Earlier this month, a court case in Manhattan initiated by New York Attorney General Letitia James began and named the NRA’s chief executive Wayne LaPierre, and four other executives as defendants. One of the accused has since entered a plea deal.
James is accusing them of breaching their fiduciary duties, failing to administer the NRA’s charitable assets property, wrongful contract transactions, violating whistleblower protections, and committing false filings.
