It’s a casting call of sorts for young anglers and seasoned mentors.
Both are being sought to take part in Stepping Stones, a program sponsored by the Wildlife Leadership Academy and the Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Association to introduce teens to fishing and conservation. A three-day program will be held May 10-12 at Camp Krisland in Madisonburg, Centre County. The deadline for student applications is Feb. 28.
