Minnesota DNR mulls reduction in state walleye limit

It’s a conversation that’s seven years ongoing for the Minnesota DNR’s walleye workgroup, citizens who operate in an advisory role.
In other circles, the debate likely has gone on longer: Should the statewide walleye limit be decreased from the current six? Four seems to an acceptable reduction for some anglers. Three, surveys have shown, might be too rich for the average walleye angler’s blood.
