Concentrated animal feeding operation in Sparta, Wis., ordered to pay $209,641 for violations

Phil G. Mlsna and Mlsna Dairy Supply, Inc., have been ordered to pay $209,641.47 for violations of Wisconsin’s wastewater laws at the Monroe County concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) that they own and operate in Sparta, Wis.
Monroe County Judge Mark L. Goodman issued the order, according to Attorney General Josh Kaul.
