Pennsylvania boaters arrested for boating under the influence as part of Operation Dry Water

At their quarterly meeting on July 22, Pennsylvania Fish & Boat commissioners heard a report from the agency’s leader about a special law enforcement initiative.
Executive Director Tim Schaeffer noted that throughout the recent Independence Day holiday weekend, 61 waterways conservation officers and 34 deputy officers participated in Operation Dry Water.
