The Ohio DNR (ODNR) Division of Wildlife was part of an investigation that resulted in Mark Shepherd, 73, of Kenton, Ohio, being sentenced in federal court recently for violating the Clean Water Act by dumping pollutants and hazardous substances into waterways, killing thousands of fish in the Scioto River.
