There are certain times, when your head hits the pillow at night, that you’re absolutely certain you’ve earned and are badly in need of a long, hard sleep. Such was the case for me on Sunday, ’round about 10 p.m. (I’d hoped it would be earlier.)
Liza the black Lab had ridden on a pickup seat for four hours – from afternoon sunshine to nighttime darkness – with barely a budge.
