Pennsylvania pair face charges for chasing fox with snowmobiles

A Lebanon County man and a juvenile who admitted to harassing and trying to hit a red fox while on snowmobiles in Heidelberg Township Jan. 20 face multiple charges, according to the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
Jeffrey Horst, 20, of Myerstown, and his accomplice have been charged with misdemeanor cruelty to animals and conspiracy to commit cruelty to animals, and summary game code violations, including disturbance of wildlife, using a motor vehicle to hunt, unlawful taking or attempting to take, and unlawful implement of take.
