The Minnesota House of Representatives convened for the first time on Thursday, Feb. 6, after Republicans and DFLers reached a power-sharing agreement.
They didn’t waste time once they arrived: More than 300 bills hit the floor on Monday, Feb. 10. Authored by Rep. Josh Heintzeman, R-Nisswa, H.F. 8 proposes changes to the Wetland Conservation Act.
