When Ray Pruss and his grandson, Archer, built a rugged statue and named it Stoneman, did they know that one day a red fox would stop by? Because a bobcat had been visiting the site, Pruss set up a motion-activated camera, but caught a fox sniffing out a mouse nest up near Stoneman’s shoulder and spending more than a half-hour trying to reach it.
