Despite less-than-ideal conditions for snow goose hunting, six hunters ranging in age from 12 to 17 displayed remarkable perseverance at the 2025 Youth Snow Goose Hunt sponsored by the Kaskaskia River Delta Waterfowl Chapter (KRDW) in Illinois.
Held at Willow Creek Waterfowl near Carlyle, the event provided an invaluable opportunity for young sportsmen and women to develop their hunting skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
