Illinois DNR seeking summer instructors for urban fishing program clinics

Published: , in Outdoor News

Illinois DNR is looking for Urban Fishing Program instructors to lead summer fishing clinics at locations in a dozen counties around the state.
The fishing instructors selected for the popular program are considered to be the agency’s “boots on the ground” at free clinics hosted in several communities. Positions are temporary, not to exceed six months, making them perfect for teachers, retirees, students, and others who are eager to help people learn about fishing skills and ecology.
