Diverse fishery, camping await at Sugarloaf Lake in Michigan’s Washtenaw County

Sugarloaf is a relatively oval-shaped lake nestled in west-central Washtenaw County inside the Waterloo Recreation Area. It features 205 acres of surface area. The maximum depth is 20 feet, in a hole in the middle of the lake, although the majority of the water is 5 feet deep or less.
