Pet deer ‘Baby’ from Pennsylvania still in custody after being confiscated

Tammy Shiery, of Fayette County, has suffered a setback in her quest to be reunited with a young white-tailed deer she named Baby.
Just before an April 3 court hearing on a petition for return of property, Shiery’s attorney, Vince Tiberi, withdrew the petition “because of a technicality in the way it was filed” said Shiery, 64, of Bullskin Township, indicating that she could not provide further details.
