Pam Allen is a mover and a shaker in the fly-fishing world that involves Ohio.
But, Allen stresses that she can’t accomplish anything alone. Allen, of Lewis Center in central Ohio, was recently named this year’s Ohio Outdoor News Person of the Year. The list of organizations and projects in which Allen is involved is lengthy.
