Annual Perry County, Ohio, kids fishing event another success

Published: , in Outdoor News

Despite a long-range weekend forecast for stormy weather in Perry County, Ohio, that called for heavy rain, the annual Perry County Sheriff’s Office Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs (HOFNOD) day took place Saturday, June 14, without a single drop of rain making an appearance.
All the participants qualified for the free hot dog and chips lunch that began at 11 a.m., but that was far from the extent of free items awaiting the young anglers.
