Wisconsin DNR can begin drafting ‘housekeeping’ regulations for wildlife and fish rule changes

The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB) approved two scope statements involving future wildlife rules and one statement for fisheries rules that now allow the Department of Natural Resources to begin drafting minor “housekeeping” regulations.
The regulations will eventually go out for public hearings and then will have to be approved by the NRB at a future meeting.
