Wisconsin DNR team tracks pike, muskie numbers on Tiger Cat Chain

Sawyer County’s popular Tiger Cat Chain of Lakes just east of Hayward along Hwy. 77 consists of six lakes and adjoining waters that cover more than 1,300 acres, with the Tiger Cat Flowage being the largest of them all at about 820 acres. The flowage sits on the outlet end of the chain. The other lakes are Burns, McClaine, Upper Twin, Lower Twin, and Placid.
