Special wildlife council meeting planned to discuss outbreak of EHD in southeast Ohio

The Ohio DNR (ODNR) Division of Wildlife announced that the Ohio Wildlife Council will convene in Athens on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 4:30 p.m. for a special meeting. All meetings of the Ohio Wildlife Council are open to the public.
This special meeting is to brief the Ohio Wildlife Council on the current epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) outbreak in specific areas of southeast Ohio, as well as to answer questions from the council and the public.
