Big Green Lake’s smallmouth density one of highest in Wisconsin

At more than 7,900 acres with a depth of 236 feet, it’s safe to say Big Green Lake probably holds more water than most Wisconsin lakes. That water is home to one of the state’s most diverse fisheries that includes lake trout, muskies, walleyes, channel catfish, and panfish.
