More than 14,000 pheasants to be released in Ohio as dates are set

The Ohio DNR (ODNR) Division of Wildlife is releasing more than 14,000 ring-necked pheasants at public hunting areas in late October and November. Releases begin Saturday, Oct. 25, during Ohio’s youth small game hunting season.
