At age 85, Bill Berg’s conservation fire still burns white-hot.
The retired and respected wildlife research biologist from Knife River still has today a passion for wildlife, wildlife research, and wildlife management. That’s especially true for a game species he’s studied and describes as largely forgotten in Minnesota: the sharp-tailed grouse.
