A week after New York voters narrowly passed a controversial ballot proposal related to a land acquisition in the Adirondacks, the offices of both Gov. Kathy Hochul and New York Attorney General Letitia James announced the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement they state will streamline the process of acquiring future lands.
