State Roundup: Wisconsin spring hearings on the horizon

Just a reminder that Wisconsin sportsmen may participate in the annual spring fish and wildlife hearing process prior to the April vote – in-person hearings are always the second Monday in April, which is April 13 this year – by submitting a citizen resolution for a proposed rule change to the Conservation Congress.
