Minnesota DNR’s electronic licensing revamp expected to go live this spring

On Thursday, Feb. 6, the Minnesota DNR issued a statement explaining that the electronic licensing system will come online in the spring of this year in a two-phased approach.
The first phase will allow Minnesotans to purchase hunting and fishing licenses when it launches, followed by the second phase of allowing residents to register or title a watercraft or off-highway vehicles.
