The Minnesota DNR currently is proposing unnecessary limits on the taking of native rough fish. This seems to be a continuing policy of limiting harvest opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts from the agency.
Limits on walleyes, perch, sunfish, gar, mushrooms, and now roughfish demonstrates an overzealous micromanagement of the outdoors.
