Michigan DNR begins walleye egg collection on Muskegon River

More than 35 million walleye eggs are expected to be collected this spring from a section of the Muskegon River, with young fish hatched from those eggs eventually being stocked in Michigan lakes and rivers throughout the Lower Peninsula.
