The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking public comment on a statewide, multi-agency draft protocol that defines how agencies should work together when investigating fish kills in Minnesota.
The protocol, which fulfills a 2023 legislative mandate, is spelled out in a detailed 35-page guidance titled “Interagency Fish Kill Response.”
