Resolution at Michigan United Conservation Clubs convention supports future Upper Peninsula moose hunt

Published: , in Outdoor News

One of the resolutions the Michigan United Conservation Clubs (MUCC) approved at its annual convention in Sault Ste. Marie on March 9 supports establishing a moose hunt in the western Upper Peninsula.
The resolution would limit such a hunt to a maximum of 10 bulls, and the hunters who would receive those limited licenses would be determined in a drawing similar to those currently conducted for elk, bear, and antlerless deer.
