A new C&R hook-and-line lake sturgeon season on 18 waters, a total ban on wildlife shining starting Sept. 15, a reduced price for a senior patron license, allow railroad crossing for sportsmen, allow trolling with three lines per person on all inland waters, and creating two woodcock zones are just six of 49 advisory questions listed on this year’s spring hearing agenda for sportsmen in all 72 counties on Monday, April 8.
