Blaze orange hats dotted the Minnesota State Capitol on Wednesday, March 27, as the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association convened for its annual “MDHA Day on the Hill.”
The event, dormant since 2019 thanks to the pandemic, saw approximately 30 members in attendance, engaging in both group activities and individual meetings with legislators. Jared Mazurek, MDHA executive director, noted that the group’s size typically ranges from eight to 50 attendees, making this year’s turnout robust.
