Published: , in Outdoor News

A state legislator recently questioned the head of the Pennsylvania Game Commission on whether he is operating a side business on state time.
During a March 20 hearing before the House Game and Fisheries Committee, state Rep. David Maloney, R-Berks, asked Game Commission Executive Director Bryan Burhans about his business, Bryan Burhans LLC. Maloney, who is the Republican chair of the committee, held up a printout of a business website, and Burhans acknowledged he has an LLC.
