Illinois DNR, EPA investigating a massive fish kill near McLean-Livingston county line

A large fish kill about 30 miles northeast of Bloomington, Ill., had Illinois DNR staffers and local officials investigating whether or not a hazardous materials spill was to blame.
The spill took place near the McLean-Livingston county line. Dead fish began appearing along a 20-mile stretch of Rooks Creek near Weston. The kill continued north into Livingston County.
